Welcome to your Invitation to Murder, our in-home party page. In 2001, right after 9/11, when audiences were reluctant to come into the city to our dinner theater, we created something new, a live actor, murder mystery, in your home. But wait, there's more.
This isn't just any mystery - it is a customized mystery combining the best of scripted theater, comedy, improv and audience participation. The secret lies in its highly personalized script, seamlessly weaving information gleaned about your guests, ensuring total involvement from beginning to end. We'll find out all the specifics: what your guests are like, who may want to be more "involved" in the show, what will make this a night to remember for everyone. We build a unique show around your plans! At the end of the event, you'll be the hero!

It can't be denied that a thing that is tragic in reality can be made entertaining when filtered through the magic of fiction. So it is with murder and the mystery it entails. Invitation To Murder takes the notion of weaving a partying group of people into a murder scenario that takes place right in your home. This company brings in three actors who have been clued in to info about the guest of honor – likes, dislikes, quirks, hobbies and so on. In character, the actors mix with the celebrants until one of these stars of stage and scream suddenly gets bumped off, and the party turns into a fun, comic event begging the question “Who Dunnit”?
